modeless dialog to DockableContent

I'm converting my application to use the Avalon Dock framework. Along with application's the main window I also have a floating non-modal dialog box. However I'm not sure how to change my floating dialog box to use the Avalon Dock framework.

What's the best way to do this?

One criteria is that I'd still like to have the functionality of the dialog remain in a separate class and not integrate it into the MainWindow, as I don't want to put all the functionality of all the windows into one single class.

And turns out I'm just a n00b.

I took the contents of my dialog box (a window that has a grid containing other controls) and made the whole thing derive from Grid instead of Window. Then it was easy to add an instance of it to a DockingContent. Didn't know how to do that at the time.
