[Version 2.0] Avalon dock on element host, floating windows issue

When hosted on win forms, an assertion is generated at LayoutFloatingWindowControl.OnInitialized at Debug.Assert(this.Owner != null); Further the floating window goes behind application.

Still not. I still try to find why this is happening. I found that WindowInteropHelper could help in this situation. But found it is already used inside AvalonDock code. I think something is missing inside the code.

It would be great if AvalonDock contains a sample project which illustrate this situation. Then these kind of issues will be identified earlier and addressed.
