Dock multiple LayoutAnchorables in floating windows

Aug 27, 2013 at 6:46 AM
I am trying to drag a dock tab to a floating window so that two anchorables host in one floating window with showing two tabs. When it is dragged on top of the floating window, the dock buttons are not showing thus could not dock in floating window.

However the Xceed commercial sample seems to support this feature. Is that this is only supported in commercial version ?

Actually I found this is working in the samples of community edition too. So guess its not limited to commercial version.

However in my case it is not working. I am having a bit of complicated setup where the DockingManager is hosted on an ElementHost which is on a Win Forms form. I tried the same kind of setup in AvalonDock.WinFormsTestApp with a Wpf UserControl having DockingManager and hosting it in a win forms form using element host. Then this issue can be easily recreated.
